We strive to bridge people across countries, cultures and economic backgrounds to create inspiring, thought-provoking and life-changing learning experiences. We leverage our academic backgrounds, corporate and entrepreneurial experience base and relationships with inspiring NGOs and social enterprises in developing nations to create unique and diverse learning programs.

Tribridge’s founding principle is to provide educational programs in the most effective and engaging ways possible. Our singular focus is on providing students, families, and schools with exceptional opportunities to help learners fulfil their potential and advance to the next level of their abilities. In addition, we strive to make exceptional learning opportunities affordable and accessible. To achieve this, we have built and maintain relationships with educators from around the world and, through our combined efforts, improve our programs and teaching methods.

C. SCOTT HINDELL​

ENTREPRENEURSHIP & INNOVATION INSTRUCTOR

Scott has over 30 years of teaching experience, and currently teaches a variety of disciplines for UCLA Extension (since 2001). The majority of his programs fall under the disciplines of business, management, entrepreneurship, design and global sustainability.  Scott has performed workshops, spoken at conferences and to groups in the United States and abroad. Notable examples of these include: Workshops – 25 CEOs and business leaders from the Chinese Productivity Center; and students and professors from several Chinese universities. Conferences – TEDx-UCLA; and California Restaurant Industry Conference. Groups – Ahmedabad Management Association, American Chamber of Commerce Japan; American Institute of Graphic Artists; and American Marketing Association.

Jacob Shin

Head of Platform

ENTREPRENEURSHIP & INNOVATION FACILITATOR

Jacob has been in education for more than 15 years and has founded 5 education companies. Jacob’s mission is to make learning more effective, efficient, enduring, and enjoyable.

Prior to returning to education 5 yrs ago, Jacob spent 12 yrs in senior investment management roles advising global institutions, such as World Bank and China’s National Social Security Fund. He sat on an advisory board for the Governor of California, as board member of Coalition for Economic Equity, and founding board of Korean American Society of Entrepreneurs.

Jacob has a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Columbia.

LIZ ORTIGUERA

EVP, Head of Marketing and Partnerships, Gnowbe; Co-Founder, Bridge Experiences

SOCIAL IMPACT AND LEADERSHIP INSTRUCTOR

Liz has been an executive in large corporations and start-ups for over 20 years including Merck and American Express.   Her corporate experience spans across multiple industries and functions including strategy, sales, partnerships and marketing.  She currently works as a leader at an EduTech company and is a avid supporter of several NGOs and social enterprises that focus on education for poverty alleviation. 

Liz is an alumni of Stanford Graduate Business School, MBA from Columbia U. and Bachelor’s degrees from NYU and The Cooper Union.

RAFAEL DIONOSIO

Co-Founder, “Make a Difference Market” and “Make A Difference Travel”

SOCIAL IMPACT INSTRUCTOR

Raf Dionosio is the co-founder of three social enterprises, an environmentalist and TEDx speaker.   Prior to founding MAD Market and MAD Travel, he also co-founded The Circle Hostel – a network of surf hostels in the Philippines that host “Surf and Serve” experiences.  

Prior to his career as a social entrepreneur, Raf worked in consumer goods marketing. 

Raf holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ateneo de Manila University.

GARY MAO​

ENTREPRENEUR, NGO FOUNDER, AND COLLEGE COACH

LEADERSHIP INSTRUCTOR​

Gary is an NGO co-founder, serial entrepreneur and Stanford pre-collegiate instructor and college coach.   He started the first bubble tea franchise business in California, starred in the China version of “The Bachelor” and co-founded an NGO based in India which earned him a Stanford award and a Stanford MBA scholarship.  

Gary holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business

Andrew Chan is the founder and CEO of three companies including an AI-driven online recruitment tech startup.  He is a travel industry expert, renowned keynote speaker, and occasional model/luxury brand ambassador with recent features as an A-lister in Augustman Magazine, Men’s Health, Run and other publications.  

Andrew has an MBA and Bachelors degree from University of South Australia.
